03 NIGHTS / 04 DAYS GHANDRUK TREK.

Day 01 : POKHARA / POTHANA 1900m.

Pick up from hotel in Pokhara and drive to Kande (1770 m), 31 km and one hour drive on Baglung highway. We take the right hand track gradual ascent through thin forest and reach to Australian Camp (2220 m). It takes two hour time to reach Australian Camp which offers the spectacular view of snow clad mountains of Annapurna ranges (Annapurna South, 7219 m, Annapurna I, 8091 m, Annapurna III, 7555 m, Annapurna IV, 7525 m, Annapurna II, 7939), Hiunchuli (6441 m), Fish Tail (6993) Lamjung Himal (6932 m), Manaslu (8163) etc. Your lunch will be here.  A further walk of 30 minute will take us to Pothana for over night stop. Total walking time two and half hours.

Day 02 : POTHANA / LANDRUNG 1565m.

After breakfast we take gradual uphill track to Bhickok Deurali (2100 m) and then steep down walk through thick forest of rhododendron until Bhichok Deurali where the trail ease. We further walk on an easy trail to Tolka (1700 m) for lunch. Post lunch we see easy downhill walk to Landrung, which is our night stop place. Total walking hour is 4
hour. We can see the views of Annapurna South (7219 m) & Himchuli (6441 m) from Landrung as well

Day 03 : LANDRUNG / GHANDRUK 1940m.

We walk down to Modi Khola (river) cross it on a suspension bridge and see a steep uphill walk to the large Gurung village of Ghandruk. To be in Ghandruk it takes 4 hours and we have both lunch and dinner there. Rest of the time we can utilize by going on a local excursion and exploring the area. Ghandruk is famous for recruiting the personnel to the British and Indian Army. Also offers the magnificent views of the peaks of Annapurna South, Himchuli, Mt., machapuchre, Annapurna III, Gangapurna (7454 m).

Day 04: GHANDRUK / NAYAPUL (1070 m)– Pokhara.

We see gradual descent walk to Syuli Bazar (1170 m) for 2 hours and we will stop here for our Lunch. Get on a flat land walk through rice fields until Birethanti (1025 m). We further walk on a very busy trail approximately one hour to Nayapul and then drive back to Pokhara. Total walking time 5 hours.
